For example, water leaks can cause serious and costly problems --but if they are caught early they can often be repaired at little cost.
Home Sellers:
A home inspection will give you an outline of the routine maintenance that needs to be done to the home, as well as make you aware of any repairs that are needed. Home sellers will want to have an inspection performed in order to find problems that a buyer's inspection would have found. The seller can then make the repairs prior to the home going on the market, or acknowledge the problem areas exist and inform the buyer the cost of the repairs have already been figured into the asking price.
